Carson, head of The Department of Housing and Urban Development, will enact a new rule that will stop illegal immigrants from scamming rules in place to stop them from accessing housing subsidies. What most people do not know is that there are long waiting lists for subsidized housing and Trump wants those spots to go to Americans. Smart! Ilhan Omar has been under a campaign finance investigation and she just got some bad news. She has to repay thousands for her violations. The order reads: “Rep. Omar must personally reimburse the Omar committee $3,469.23. This reimbursement payment is the total amount of campaign funds that were used for purposes not permitted by statute in 2016 and 2017. Rep. Omar must provide documentation within 30 days from the date of this order showing the deposit of the reimbursement into the Omar committee’s account. A civil penalty of $500 is assessed against Rep. Ilhan Omar personally for the $207 payment in violation of Minnesota Statutes section 211B.12. Rep. Omar must personally pay the $500 by check or money order made payable to the State of Minnesota. Rep. Maxine Waters received a chorus of applause from Democratic National Committee supporters Friday after the California Democrat said it’s time to impeach President Donald Trump. “The facts are there. He must be impeached,” Waters said to a room of Democratic Party top brass, CNN’s Dan Merica wrote on Twitter. She was referring to an effort from liberals to impeach Trump, who has spent his first two years in office beating back accusations that elements within his administration colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election. Waters has called for Trump’s impeachment since before he took office. She is also banking on a probe of Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen, to give Democrats the ammunition they need to impeach the president. The last and final indignity of the whole Russia debacle was hauling up Don Trump Jr. to the hill to testify again before the Senate. Look, Mueller had everything and could have easily charged Don Jr. for a few of the minor infractions. But Mueller concluded that Don Jr., new to politics, did not know about certain rules and even if he did, the infractions were minor misdemeanors, not felonies. In other words, it is time to move on. Barack Obama just got some very bad news. His vanity project of a presidential library may not get off the ground after all. Obama came under fire for the location of the proposed library and that is saying something – they love him in Chicago so only a supremely arrogant maneuver could have caused the backlash that has plagued the library almost from the jump. A group of concerned citizens sued the Obama library in federal court and the judge just made a critical decision in their favor and at Obama’s expense. Remember, Obama’s buddy Rahm Emanuel is leaving his job as mayor so this ruling could have a catastrophic effect on Obama’s library.
